I've been riding a long time and am a legend in my own mind / reasonable rider in everyone else’s ;) but had kind of plateaued. Never taken any sort of lesson or coaching so thought why not give it a go. Through the week J's precise analysis, actionable tips, frustrating (but worthwhile) drills along with a good sprinkling of encouragement and fun tidied up some of my riding, got me past a few mental blocks I had with various tricks, taught me a few totally new moves and will even keep on giving for future trips as I've got ideas of stuff to work on by myself. That new board you're looking at won't make any real difference to your riding. This will.
