The vast majority of riders spend most of their working lives behind a desk which robs the body of strength, flexibility and explosive power. Yet we hit the snow hard and are surprised when we feel beat after two days of riding. 

We're confused as to why the programme our PT provided had little impact on our riding. This is because the vast majority of programmes are focused on two outcomes. Lose weight and build non-functional aesthetic muscle by people who don't snowboard.


As snowboarders, we want to be light, agile, strong, yet flexible. We want muscle, but it needs to be functional muscle. We need endurance for sustained riding, but with explosive power for those special moves.  

The team at Maverix have tested numerous fitness programmes and worked with various PT's over 20 years of riding. Our programmes have distilled that experience into a set of applicable skills for riding that will build your confidence and strenght and flexibility so you can shred for longer and harder than ever before.
