These are slight refinements and additonal clarity with regard to our standard Terms and Conditions

Standard Communication Schedule 

8 Weeks from course start date

An email will be sent for you to confirm your intention to attend and provide details of the outstanding balance and a link for insurance and medical information to be provided. 



6 Weeks from course start date

Final email sent for you to confirm your intention to attend. 


4 Weeks from course start date

Balance for the course is required. An email will be sent with payment details and a link to provide insurance and medical information. 



Deposit Payments Refund

Currently we'll refund or transfer all deposits paid for European courses up to 8 weeks prior to course start date. Under 6 weeks prior to course start will default to our standard Terms & Conditions and it will be non-refundable.

 

Balance Payment Refund

Balance payments are due 4 weeks prior to course start. The course will go ahead unless a govenment FCO mandated travel advisory is given for the coutry the course is taking place in, or the resort is closed. In that instance all balances will be refunded back to the individual.

If you personally need to cancel under 4 weeks from the course start date, then it will default to our standard Terms & Conditons and you will be required to claim on insurance to cover your balance payment.
