The great thing about Maverix is that thanks to the support of the hundreds of people attending our courses, we are able to pay that forward and invest in creating a Youth Development Team. In December 2009, we sent out a few special Willy Wonka inspired golden tickets to those we thought had something special to offer the snowboarding community.

We have one simple rule that they have to abide by:

"...you must at all costs be committed to have fun, support your fellow riders and keep the original spirit of snowboarding alive..."

It has been an amazing journey so far as we have seen the team go from strength to strength and build into a family unit. We hope that over the next year more gifted and positive individuals will receive their golden tickets to join the crew.
