Q. How do I get my reward scheme bonus applied to my account?

A. Reward scheme amounts will be applied at the end of each month. Credit will not be applied to purchases made with discount codes. Credit will be calculated at 40p for each complete £10 spent. Store credit will be removed from all accounts on the 1st January each year.

Q. I have store credit, but I cannot see it on my account?

A. Store credit will be applied to your transaction at the final stage of the booking process.

Q. How do I use my SCUK discount?

A. A special code is used for SCUK discounts. This code can be sent to you on proof of membership, i.e. emailed copy of membership card.

Q. I have learning disabilities, how can you help?

A. We ask that you inform us of your learning needs prior to your course via our contact form. We will then discuss your needs with your coach and help to shape your session to assist you as much as possible

Q. What course do you recommend for a beginner to freestyle?

A. The vast majority of our courses are split by ability so beginners are welcome. If you want to work on your foundations and basic spins etc, then an Ollies and Flatland of FUNdamentals course is a great introduction and will boost your board control and confidence. If you are up for a bit more of a challenge and feel you want to hit features, then our 1 day course, or FUNdamentals Features session is a great start. We'll work on all the basic moves and build you up to bigger and better things.

Q. I have tried to book a course online, but I cannot purchase the product?

A. If you log out of your account and log back in you should be able to purchase the product.

Q. Am I too old for your freestyle courses?

A. We cater for a vast age range on our courses. The vast majority of attendees are aged 20-35.

Q. I have been riding for a number of years and want to get into freestyle. What is covered in your freestyle courses?

A. For beginners our day/half day courses we will go through basic park safety and work you through some progressions to get you doing straight airs on jumps and basic spins, like 180’s. On the boxes we will go through the basic 50/50 (riding straight over) and working towards backside boardslides and frontside boardslides, where you start to move down the box at right angles to the box.

Q. It looks like you just work with beginners. I have done some more advanced moves, can you help me?

A. All our coaches are very experienced, and quite often our groups are split by ability. So we will have a more technical group, where we can work on more advanced moves. Our courses are shaped around your needs. If you want to work on more technical moves, then let your coach know and he or she will help you get the right result. In addition you can book a private lesson.

Q. What equipment do I need to bring for UK courses?

A. Ski or board hire is included within the course fees for UK courses. We have access to additional equipment from Salomon Snowboards, if it is required. Clothing hire is also available, but may cost extra depending on the slope. Helmets are compulsary for most courses and are free with your lift pass. You will be required to bring gloves. There is no wind or UV light, so goggles and glasses are not required for your sessions.
