In Maverix we understand that your needs may not line up exactly within our course structure, you may want something different, or you may live in a place which means we just cannot come and coach you! For the customers out there who want that extra special touch from their own homes we have designed our remote coaching service. From someone trying to perfect their first grab on a kicker, to someone writting a written report for an examination, we are here to help. We have three different options.

Video and Photo Review

When you are trying new tricks, but just arent getting them it is sometimes hard for you to see where you are going wrong. You may not need a whole day or hours coaching but just a simple pointer as to how to improve. For this service you can upload your video (max 30 seconds or 30MB) or photo's (max 5 photos) direct to our website when you order and our head coach James Streater will review your performance and provide key points for development. Your feedback will be added to your personal account for reference, so when you do decide to come on a course your coach will know what you have been working on and be ready to help you make your next steps. This service can be used for performance and freestyle snowboarding.

Document Review

You may be a rider preparing for or having just completed an examination and are looking for hints and tips for further developments. For example, we can review your course results, written dissatations or lesson plans and provide invaluable advice and assistance in improving your performance and preparation.

Live Chat

Maybe you've reached a certain level but just aren't sure what to do now, or you have just completed an examination and have had feedback which makes you unsure on what steps to take. For all of this we have our live chat. Just like a snowboard councellor, we can provide additional feedback on the materials you have submitted to us, or on the courses you've attended with us in the past.
