Parkour & Fitness for Snowboarding

If your looking to boost your snowboard skills you need to look beyond your board. Through our own personal training we've found that specially selected off snow training has dramatically boosted our confidence, strength and abilities on a board. This is why we've partnered with Paramount Parkour to provide a series of sessions that will build your flexibility, fitness and skills for snowboarding.
