If your looking to boost your snowboard skills you need to look beyond your board. Life is busy and there is little time for snowboarding outside of a holiday and even less time for people to work on their personal fitness in preparation for their holiday. 

Through our own personal training we've found that specially selected off snow training has dramatically boosted our confidence, strength and abilities on a board. The key is applicable skills. That is why we choose parkour as part of our training regime. It's fun and fitness combined that develops skills that really benefit your general physical wellbeing and your skills on a board. 

This is why we've partnered with Paramount Parkour to provide a series of sessions that will build your flexibility, fitness and skills for snowboarding. To truly benefit we ask that you commit to the 4x 1.5hr coaching sessions beginning in September. However, if you cannot make all 4 then you can choose 1, 2 or 3 sessions. Different snowboard skills will be developed on each session. Please state your course dates on the booking form if you're doing less than 4.
