About Maverix Snow Camp


After eleven years in the snowboard industry, teaching and travelling all over the world, one thing was obvious to me, snowboarding ruined my life!

It's too much fun and addictive. It's crazy, you part with vast sums of money, time and effort to push yourself to your physical and mental limit on what is basically a toy.

With snowboarding, it could be your first ollie, a great powder turn, or that time you managed to get air out of the half pipe. Whatever your level key riding moments are etched on your brain for eternity. You conquered the fear of failure and feeling that you might die to come out the other end a champion.

So I quit the city job with prospects and money to devote all my time and energy to having the most fun I could on a snowboard, and in so doing figure out how I could best pass on my knowledge and buzz for riding to as many people as possible. Throw thatMaverix Snow Camp was born.

Like a preacher I have gathered a collection of like minded disciples who are stoked on life and who cannot wait to shred their hearts out and teach cool people the sweetest moves on a snowboard or skis. So sign up and lets take your skiing or snowboarding to the next level.
